Warid! Using unfair means to generate revenue.

Warid is using unfair tactics for generating revenue.
First Example was Free Itemized Billing offered at their anniversary which was activated by warid without any request of customers and customers were charged afterwards Rs.50/- in the next month which also includes the charges of itemized billing for the month of anniversary which was claimed by them free.
Moreover the normal routine practice should be that if some service is provided free of cost for trial that should be automatically unsubscribed on expiry of trial period. The option should be there that if someone wants to continue enjoying that offered feature, he should send the request.
But at warid the situation is worst as they use to enable some features without any request from user and then start charging for that feature. They use negative tactics to generate revenue from the nation, majority of which is illiterate, and only send an SMS stating that if you want to unsubscribe send _____ to ____ otherwise you will be charged with Rs.______. This was first observed in the case of itemized billing and then at the occasion of Football World Cup as they offer free trial football wap portal usage on June30, 2006 and stated that they will start charging if someone don’t unsubscribe by sending a SMS before July 02, 2006.

It is extremely unfair. They are making money from ignorant and illiterate people.
This practice should be curtailed.
The positive/fair way is to send message like “ To subscribe _____ service send ________ to ______ you will be charged Rs.________ .”
